Hi, I’m Ruan, a South African living in Ontario and the founder of Elevate and Accelerate Consulting & Advisory.

I was born and raised in South Africa and moved to Canada with the same mindset many of us bring: work hard, build something meaningful, and create opportunity. Over the years, I’ve led complex transformation initiatives across retail and enterprise environments, specializing in SAP, system implementations, and large program delivery.

I started my consulting practice to help businesses navigate change with structure and confidence. My focus is project and program management, aligning teams, managing risk, and ensuring delivery without unnecessary chaos.

What makes my approach different? I combine disciplined execution with practical, real-world leadership. I believe in clear communication, accountability, and building relationships that last beyond the project.
