We’re happy to create a custom sponsorship package tailored to your organization’s goals and budget. Opportunities include zone sponsorships (Kids Zone, Food Area), product sponsorships, and in-kind support.
Vendor Information
We’re looking for passionate vendors to share Southern African cuisine and crafts with the Okanagan community!
Booth Details
- 10'x10' booth space (one vendor per booth)
- Setup from 10:00 AM on event day
- Vendors must remain set up until 6:00 PM
- Limited electricity available ($15 fee)
- Vendors must bring their own tent with 35lb weights per pole, tables, chairs, and extension cords
Bronze Sponsor
- Food vendors must have Food Safe & Market Safe certifications
- Liability insurance ($2,000,000 minimum coverage recommended)
- First aid kit, garbage bin & bags, hand sanitizer
- Compliance with Health Canada guidelines for applicable products
- Products should reflect South African cuisine or culture
Vendor Selection Process
We’re curating a diverse mix of vendors to create an authentic Southern African market experience. Vendors have to offer traditional South African food, crafts, or cultural items. Limited spots available!
