Paul, the heart behind Biltong Canada, has spent a lifetime in the food, bakery, and meat industries. From his early days helping in the family butchery in South Africa, to training as a chef in Durban in the early '90s, and later rising through the ranks at Bidvest Group in their international ingredients division, Paul brings decades of expertise—and heart—to every product we make.
