This Blind Taste Test Starter Pack is your ticket to the meatiest challenge in the province. We’ve gathered 10 different biltong samples from top local suppliers — each one packed in a food-grade brown paper bag, labeled only with a number (no names, no branding, no bias).

Each sample is between 1–2 ounces, adding up to approximately 10 ounces total. Inside every bag is a small oxygen absorber to keep things fresh and safe, all carefully prepared and sealed by hand.
